The results in this workbook are from an analysis conducted by Richard Kronick and Sarah Hoda Neyaz of data from the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 Annual Financial Disclosure Reports filed with the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, supplemented by data on Hospital Quality Assurance Fee payments supplied the California Department of Health Services.
